15 minute Yoga - Hola BB X Wild Mother

Taking care of your body whilst pregnant or as a mother in general is super important. And so whilst gyms and classes are closed we'd teamed up with Wild Mother to bring you a series of short, easy to follow yoga videos you can do at home. 

It's not easy to find time for yourself but try to take 15 minutes, grab that yoga mat, blanket and take some time to stretch, relax, connect with your growing baby or yourself and enjoy!
