Claims

At Hola BB, If your product is - damaged, faulty, incomplete we want to correct this as soon as possible. Please register product claims via our Claims portal 

We work with our suppliers to solve your claims quickly.

HOLA BB RETURNS POLICY - ONLINE ORDERS. 

  • Furniture items must be in the same condition as when you received with manual, screws in original bag, all pieces secured with rope or string (as when received) and in the original box. If items arrive back loose in the box or not as described above we will deduct a repackaging fee of 30€ from your refund.
  • Non furniture items must be in the same condition as when you received them with all labels and tags still attached and in the original packaging if items arrive back not as described above we will deduct a 10€ repackaging fee from your refund. 
  • We gladly accept returns, refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of delivery. 
  • Exchange items can be collected in store or shipped to customer for a shipping fee.
  • Unless your item is faulty, transport costs back to us need to be covered by the customer. For which they must be registered in our Claims portal
  • We recommend returning via track and trace delivery, items which do not arrive and don't have tracking will not be refunded
  • If items can not be returned in original packaging a solution must be agreed with Hola BB customer service via email before sending back. 
  • **Conditions apply with regards to free returns - if there is no damage or fault with the product the returns shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. 
  • Items that are returned in bad condition or used will not be refunded and  will be sent back to the customer at their expense. 

If you are unable to use the above portal or your return does not fully comply with our return policy contact us our customer service team on info@holabb.com before you return the item.

Can I drop off my return?

Yes! You can return all items to our store in Badhoevedorp -

Which products are not accepted for returns?

The following items can not be returned after the packaging has been opened, used or washed:

  • underwear (briefs)
  • Breast pump equipment or accessories
What is the deadline for returning an item?

You must make your exchange/return request within 30 days of delivery. 

What happens to my items when they are returned?

Upon receipt of your return item(s) and process by our customer service team, HolaBB will start the refund or exchange process. You will also receive a confirmation email for this refund or exchange when completed.

Please be advised it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed with your bank.

Hola BB believes in zero waste which means each item that is returned is carefully checked to ensure it is still in perfect condition and if possible put back into stock. Occasionally items arrive back with damaged boxes or missing packaging, in this case we will re list online as 'seconds' with a little discount to compensate. Anything that can not be re sold are either donated to charity or recycled.

How long does it take to receive my money back?

Once received please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Will my original shipping costs be refunded?

Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Any returned items which can not be resold will be donated to a local charity.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return if nothing is wrong with it?

Yes we only cover shipping of returns that are damaged or recalled.
