Once your order is processed by our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation followed by emails from PostNL to confirm your delivery time and date.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days and you'll receive an email once your items are on their way to you. If your order includes multiple boxes separate tracking codes will be sent via email.

- We ship all products immediately except for those on preorder. We expect those items to be delivered within 2-4 week due to UK customs delays.
- At this time Nov 2023 Due to a backlog at Royal Mail, there are currently delays in the delivery of mail and packages to and from the United Kingdom.
- It is important to follow your shipment through Parcel Force using the Post NL reference code.
- Once it has reached the depot for customs clearance it is recommended that you contact the depot to arrange payment to expedite delivery to your home.
Missing packages - Do not worry, if your package goes missing we will investigate with the shipping provider to find it. Please always allow 4 working days before getting in touch.
In the unfortunate event that it is lost we will arrange a replacement. Please note investigations can take up to 10 business days we will always aim to expedite this where possible.
